Hilton Times Square Hotel - Page 5

I didn't know about this Hilton location, having previously stayed at the New York Hilton across from Rockefeller center. I was kind of skeptical with it being on Times Square, but even before I was in the lobby, the door people already made me feel secure.

This hotel made me feel secure: I liked the location of main entrance door and the location of the lobby.

This hotel made me feel elegant: It is such a lovely hotel. It gives off an atmosphere that makes one feel elegant.

The price was a bit excessive.

It's a nice hotel. It's sometimes too expensive, but the quality is excellent.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The view from the room on the 37th floor was fantastic both during the day or night. The location was also good.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff treated us with respect and gave personalized service.

There were no robes provided although it advertised having robes.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They provided good pillows and nice furnishings.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very friendly and courteous.

Last summer's stay at the Hilton in NYC was very disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Check-in was a joke. After flying all night, I had to spend most of the day waiting for a room in the uncomfortable hotel lobby.

We had a wonderful stay, but the directions to the hotel were difficult to follow. They should note 'landmarks' for visitors to find.

This hotel made me feel elegant: We were there on our honeymoon. They were wonderful in their treatment of that fact.
