It was very nice that hotel.

They had polite and fast service every time I needed something. The rooms were of comfortable temperature and clean.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: All my requests were immediately attended to. Everyone was polite and friendly. The accommodations were plush and welcoming.

I like the service and care given at most Hilton facilities.

The location was excellent and convenient to the theatre district. The room was large, clean, and well decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff was courteous and professional.

It was in a nice area. You can virtually walk out of the hotel and everything is right there. The rooms were nice.

I got exactly what I expected from my stay at this hotel.

I was surprised to see peeling wallpaper. The concierge had no idea of what places to recommend to find a continental type breakfast even though we found one thirty feet from the hotel main entrance.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Even though we were right on Times Square, it was very quiet. All in all, it added up to a very enjoyable New York experience.

The hotel was what we expected and we had no surprises. The bar service was seemingly very slow, though. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is close to Time Square and Central Park. It provides excellent service and nice rooms for New York.

Best hotel I've stayed in in NYC: new, SPACIOUS rooms, top quality decor (granite and glass bathrooms, incredible luxury bedding), and fantastic views of the Hudson from a standard room (and windows that open!) Also perfect mid town location for business, shows, shopping. Very good value.

I enjoyed the comfort of the room, especially the beds. I also liked the quality of the products at the hotel bar and the friendliness and expediency of the staff.

It's in an excellent location. My advice is to go Hilton whenever possible.

I stayed in a standard room with two beds, which we were told would be queens, but they were both doubles which made sleeping four people uncomfortable. There was one day that we were in and out of the hotel a lot, and while we were in our room, housekeeping came to clean our room and we were forced to leave. We had just brought food back to the room so it was very inconvenient trying to find a place to eat it while they cleaned the room. There were only three elevators operating for every ten floors which made getting from our room to the lobby and back a very slow process. The pillows felt strange but the beds were very comfortable. The view was nice.

What a great hotel! I love the king size beds, fluffy down comforters, and tons of pillows. We got a view of the Empire State Building. It was a very comfortable room and it had cool decor. The bar also had a great view the city. I loved the fact that it's right in Times Square and is walking distance to the theatres.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was always willing to please. The accommodations were above what I expected.
