Nice bedding, decor and more! Very, very clean. Would go back again, but the price is a little high. The adjacent mall was really nice. The front desk staff seemed a bit cold, but that's okay if you aren't the chatty type.

They had a very friendly and welcoming breakfast staff in the restaurant. The new decor throughout the hotel is very nice. They do not always have the cleanest rooms and the front desk staff is not very attentive or nice.

Mediocre
The service at this hotel was awful, except for the housekeepers. We were stuck in our room sevveral hours while spray painting was done in the hall. We were given no notice of this event. Loud party until 12 a.m. right under our room. Painters were ...

They are currently remodeling so all the rooms will be better. So in the meantime, our bed was less than expected. The restaurant staff was great, the service was terrific, the hotel was quiet and very elegant.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean as so was the hotel. The location was convenient to shopping and entertainment. The room included a sitting room with its own TV, a large bathroom and the bedroom had two double beds. We will stay again next time we come to Lexington for an overnight stay.
The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and there were no distractions.
