They made me feel like royalty with all the courteous service. At check-in I was greeted with an envelope from the hotel's manager. In it was a hand written note welcoming me and contained coupons for discounts at the hotel bar and restaurant.

When we checked in, they gave all four of us a cookie. It was a very nice treat. We had been on the train and taxi for several hours and were very tired. They checked us in quickly and our room was all ready for us. Then the concierge told me where I could find an all night drug store (at 1 AM) to buy cigarettes. That was above and beyond the call of duty.
