Hilton Suites Anaheim Orange

The Hilton Suites was like an oasis in the desert. It was convenient to Disneyland and the Angels ballpark as well as freeways and restaurants. The suite was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom immaculate. Bath area could be entered by either the bedroom or living area, so as not to disturb anyone sleeping. Hotel staff was friendly and we were always greeted with fresh water in the lobby. The atrium area was beautiful. Both the restaurant and bar were reasonable.

I'd highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

I discovered my two year old playing behind the curtains. I was shocked when noticed the window was open (on the 10th floor) and there was no safety lock. The window easily pushed back far enough for a child to fall out. One window would not close completely, it was very dangerous.

We also ordered two beds, we called and confirmed the same day and when we arrived we were given a King.

It was easy off and on the freeway and close to Disneyland. The Atrium Cafe staff was pretty great, housekeeping was great, room service was great, but the front desk folks need some help. This is the first and last stop and is a key in forming a lasting impression as well as setting the tone for the guest's entire stay. The folks at the desk were not well informed or prepared for things at different times during our stay. They were out of things they advertise in the room to pick up at the front desk. No vouchers for the breakfast included with the package were given at check in or was anyone even told of them. They had the wrong dates of reservation on the hotel side and it was not handled graciously. It was their data entry error, not mine. Anyway, next time I go to Disneyland I will stay at a different property. My kids are still young and we will be going annually, or more often. This is too bad for Hilton.

This was the first and last time we will stay at the Hilton suits Anaheim. This is a beautiful hotel and would have been great except for just two things. The lights did not work in the second room, and the morning we left they turned the water off in the middle of our son's shower. When we complained, we received an apology and an explanation for the water being off, but nothing more. A phone call to Hilton Hotels only resulted in a promise to check into it.
