When we left the room one day we were out of toilet paper and when we got back the beds were made but no toilet paper.
They also did not replace any of the shampoo, conditioner or towels. My wife realized this after she was done with her shower. I had to call three times for towels and it took about 45 minutes to get them.
On Saturday night I went to the bar area to order a pizza and stood there for 15 minutes and no one waited on me. I went to the lobby phone to order the pizza and they would not let me order said I had to be in my room. So I went to my room and called told them I would pick up the pizza at the bar and they said I could not it had to be delivered to my room. I canceled the order and ordered from a local pizza place. When they came to deliver I got a call from the front desk that I had to come down and get the pizza because they did not allow deliver to the room because of security.
Excuse me but anyone can walk into the hotel and follow me to my room it they wanted to.
Just seemed like they were fighting at every issue.
Also do not get a shoe shine there. It was $10 a pair and my shoes strings had a pile of polish on them and felt like putting your fingers into the polish itself. My black pair started flaking all over the bathroom floor and got so bad I had to take them back and have the polish striped off and redone.
Overall not good experience.
I am not likely
to return to the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark.
I would not recommend it to friends.

this is a very unique hotel. Lots of baseball themed art. Starbucks and pizza place in the lobby of hotel which helped for those long business days when I came back to the hotel. Will stay here next time

room was a little smaller than some but the service getting in and out was simple and easy, short wait for valet both coming in and leaving. Was within walking distance of everything we were there for. I would use this hotel again.

Great view of new Busch Stadium. Comfortable room. No roll-in shower in accessible room, but shower chair was provided. Cardinal baseball and FNC on TV. Elevators in West Tower were old and slow.

Okay
For the price of the room, I would have expected alot more. Room was small. Bathroom was even smaller. Hardly enough room to turn around in. Worst of all the air conditioning didn't work at all. I turned the air down before I left for the...

This hotel worships the Saint Louis Cardinals! Every room is decorated with
Cardinal Memorabilia, pictures and its very classy and clean and if you are wise, you will book the room facing the ball park with a view right into the heart of it. All the serious fans stay here and the walk to the ballpark is very short, one block. I love this Hotel and though i live here in St. Louis I book a room there when i want to enjoy all this hotel has to offer. They spoil you here and its very quiet when you finally wish to rest. Imagine a hotel filled with cardinal fans all happy and in their element. I tell you, it's heaven. Enjoy!
