The hotel's 135 guestrooms all feature satellite television with pay movies, PlayStations, high-speed Internet connections, tea and coffee-making facilities, desks, trouser presses and bathrooms with hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. The pool also features a Splash Zone for children, complete with toys and organised games. Less energetic guests can unwind in the sauna and steam room, indulge in a massage, enjoy a walk in the hotel's wooded gardens or relax in front of the fireplace and fish tank. Traditional British dishes with a contemporary twist and an extensive selection of wines are available in the hotel's restaurant, while coffee, pastries and snacks are served in Caffé Cino. Multilingual staff are on hand at the recreation desk to help guests make the most of the local area, and there is an on-site gift shop, newsagent and foreign currency exchange. we were kept awake by people passing urine in thier rooms, not sure if from upstairs or down, but could hear everything, and the toilet flushing and water running, doors slamming...i specifucally asked for a quiet room and did't get it.....the swimming pool was closed from 5pm til 7am the following day for 'filtration'work..why couldnt this be done overnite, when the pool was closed?? the staff were very helpful tho, that is my only positive experience,i will never stay in a Hilton Hotel again,i have filled out the complaints form and given it direct to the hotel.
