Mediocre
27 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I stayed there the weekend of March 21st. The hotel was nice, comfortable bed. I had the romance package which included a deluxe breakfast. Don't be fooled by their so called packages, it was a rip which included a cheap bottle of wine, a small box of chocolates(4 tiny pieces), and four strawberries. Room service was horrible!!!!!! We filled out out room service order slip the night before and put it on the door to be delivered between 9:15am and 9:30, before we did that we tried to just call it in. They told us we would have to pay extra, and that they didnt have us down for a deluxe with the room, but the front desk said they were mistaken that it came with the room. So they were unorganized and couldn't keep up with guests information. The next morning room service decides to call at 8;30 asking can they bring the food at that time instead of the time we designated. when they brought it ,,it was all cold and they forgot half the meal and when we called and told them they tried to tell us we didn't select the stuff we were missing , which we knew they were lying. They said they would bring it right up and never did!!!!!! Not to mention the shuttle bus driver who drove us to the casinos and board walk decides he wants to turn up the rap music and talk on his cell phone to his friend. While talking on the phone he was cursing and using horrible language as if he was at home in private..Like I told the front desk when I checked out I will never think of staying at this hotel again. it needs a training class and better customer service workers.
