Mi fiance and I booked our honeymoon here back in July. We called to confirm it two weeks ago, and were told that our price was now DOUBLE what we booked at. We initially booked over the phone, and were clearly quoted a price (two different times, on two different days, and they talked to my fiance and I separately). They are now insisting that we "misunderstood" and are refusing to correct it in any way. I opened a case through corporate Hilton and the owner of the hotel refused to acknowledge that it was even possible that there was a mistake and did not offer us even a minor discount. We have switched our reservation to another resort in the area. I will not stay at a Hilton again. We had planned to return to the hotel for our anniversaries, so they are losing out on years of customer loyalty. I was so disappointed. We even tried to pay for the trip when we booked, and they wouldn't let us. If we hadn't called, they would have let us stay there and then stuck us with a huge bill as we checked out. Absolutely terrible.

Nice hotel. Friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms, great location. The restaurant was excellent for dinner-gourmet meal - excellent chef. We enjoyed a day at the spa - not too busy and the services were wonderful. Nice pool to wait at in between services. We made a day of it. We will go back. Meet alot of nice local people that have a membership at the spa/pool.

Loved the Cascades pool. The restaurant for breakfast was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint is that there was excrement on my sheets! However, I called the front desk and they were changed rather quickly.
