We 'used to be' sheraton club members, starwood has pulled them down a notch since the old itt ownership days. We were plesantly impressed with the professional and friendly hilton service and accommodations, while visiting sedona, arizona.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly front desk and concierge folks. They really went out of there way to assure we were aware how and where to view all the breathtaking beauty that the sedona arizona area had to offer.
