This is our worst Hilton experience worldwide. 1). The carpet is literally filthy. We talked with the hotel staff. This young, tall girl told us "we are located in downtown, we are very busy, we don't have time to upgrade----" We were shown another

60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was with a group and we had reserved a block of rooms and provided the hotel with a list of attendees ahead of time. When some of our group arrived, they were told the hotel was full and one desk clerk told one of us that she could not do anything about it. Their attitude was appalling. When I ordered room service the night before I left, I was overcharged. In their favor, when I checked out, I told the desk clerk what had happened, she removed the charge from my bill.
