Hilton Santa Clara Hotel

I lost my I-pod and noise cancellation in my room while I stayed there from 3/22-3/25. The hotel managers are not helpful at all, first they claims that they did find something from my room. After I told them what I lost, they changed the story. I called and called, no one can help. Will never stay there again.

While the rooms were comfortable, we experienced abrasive service to the point of rudeness. When I emailed customer service, the tone of the emails I received back were unapologetic, and just as condescending as the service we received. This confirmed my belief that the hotel does not consider customer service to be of optimal importance. I think if the owners, or the Hiltons themselves, knew what unacceptable treatment we received, they would be appalled.

During my stay at this hotel, the hotel room I got was spacious and immaculate. Additionally, the hotel offers outstanding facilities that cater to business travelers. The added benefits include complimentary parking and complimentary use of business center. The staffs were pleasant and professional. The stay was overall an enjoyable experience.

The hotel had a good location. It was a clean property.

This hotel made me feel respected: They addressed me by name.
