(Hilton Diamond Member) – The check in process took all of 2 minutes with the next 10 just chatting and laughing with the agent. The room was very clean, a little dated but very comfortable. This property has the vision of including bunk beds for the kids in an isolated area of the room allowing parents a little time to themselves. Each of the rooms are angled toward the ocean and allowing most of the rooms ocean views. In the morning it was a two minute walk to the gulf. A free shuttle takes guests to a number of different shopping and restaurant areas in Sandestin proper and wait times were about 10 minutes. The resort is set into a beautifully landscaped and gated complex of apartments and hotels. My only caution is their $4.00 cups of coffee. I only wish I had additional time to relax and enjoy this area and property.
