This hotel has a good location, friendly staff, and good room service. But it had a poor restaurant selection (variety of types of food and prices). It had a good event planning staff and they gave assistance when needed (I was a speaker at the conference). It has easy access to trolley cars to Fisherman's Wharf. There's good shopping nearby.
