Located right near the heart of downtown San Francisco, the hotel appears smaller than it really is. The great location provides guests a minutes walk away from all the action of the city…great restaurants, great shows, and great shopping. The customer service was extremely helpful in providing a list of things to do while enjoying the city. The rooms were fairly big and comfortable. If you need to stay in the city, this wouldn’t be a bad place.
