I had difficulty originally with my reservation (I called to confirm and I was told that I didn't have a reservation in spite of the fact that I had a reservation confirmation number) but after demanding to speak 'up the management chain', I was able to have my room.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were comfortable and inviting.

I'm glad that the Union negotiations were in a cooling off period. If not, we would not have stayed at the Hilton as we had back up reservations elsewhere. However the alternate reservations were not in a convenient location as this one.

The hotel was quite luxurious and the staff was gracious and accommodating. I'm not sure I would be able to afford to stay, personally if I wasn't on a business trip but I was very pleased with my experience and have very fond memories of my first stay in
This hotel made me feel pampered: I became unable to walk due to an unexpected health problem, and they went out of their way to accommodate me with my disability.
