Reservations were easily made and requests were accommodated without issue; it's a nice facility!

The location of the hotel leaves much to be desired. Persons were afraid to venture out (walking) too far at night. The area was not the best in San Francisco but the facility is very upscale. One could stay in the hotel area and not venture out but that defeats the purpose of visiting a city such as San Francisco. Cost for parking a vehicle was exorbitant but one was a captive audience! I would hesitate to visit San Francisco again particularly if I was to stay at this hotel. Personally I would rather go to a conference in another city.

The room was too small, in an old part of the building.

This hotel was definitely a 4-star hotel. It was located in the shopping area that we wanted to be in. It's clean, updated, and with friendly people and comfortable beds. The price was very competitive and we'd stay there again!

The hotel is huge and it is easy to get lost. There was no desk in my room. Otherwise, it was fine.

I always stay at Hilton properties if I can. Quality is dependable and price is generally reasonable. The O'Farrell street property is convenient to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The beds are quite comfortable. It's a great place to stay in San Francisco.

I asked for foam pillows when I got up to my room. They were delivered really quickly. I was impressed.

Hilton's properties are very classy hotels. I just returned today from the SF Hilton, was at the LAX Hilton two weeks ago, and the Reno Hilton a week before that. However, I think they're heavily overpriced. It bothers me to have to spend so much when I see such immaturity in someone like Paris Hilton -- and she's getting rich off of me.
