The hotel was extremely nice. The staff was helpful. The pool was outside and in an extremely windy area.

The location was fine. It was a standard, reliable Hilton hotel.

It was a nice experience. It was much better than our stay at the Hilton in Arlington Texas in 2003. We would not have stayed at another Hilton, if the OSI convention were not held at a Hilton. We had no choice in the hotels.

The hotel was very busy. We did not receive any personal or extraordinary service from a three hundred and fifty dollar per night hotel. The Hilton Tower did offer wonderful view of the city from the twenty-ninth floor.

My room was clean and was as excepted.

Reservations were made for a non-smoking room. However, the room supplied smelled heavily of smoke, even though it was evidently classified as a non-smoking room.

I always stay at Hilton properties if I can. Quality is dependable and price is generally reasonable. The O'Farrell street property is convenient to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The beds are quite comfortable. It's a great place to stay in San Francisco.

This full service hotel is in a great location. I have stayed there before with no problems.

This hotel was definitely a 4-star hotel. It was located in the shopping area that we wanted to be in. It's clean, updated, and with friendly people and comfortable beds. The price was very competitive and we'd stay there again!
