It was a great hotel, in a good location and it was value for the price. I always stay here while in San Francisco for business or pleasure.

Located right near the heart of downtown San Francisco, the hotel appears smaller than it really is. The great location provides guests a minutes walk away from all the action of the city.great restaurants, great shows, and great shopping. The customer service was extremely helpful in providing a list of things to do while enjoying the city. The rooms were fairly big and comfortable. If you need to stay in the city, this wouldn't be a bad place.

I liked the good location, close to everything, the clean rooms, the great breakfast and the great toiletries. I disliked that the lobby was too busy due to conventions and I would have liked tourist pamphlets to be in the lobby instead of having to ask the concierge for everything.

I always stay at the O'Farrell Hilton hotel. I like it. The staff is wonderful. The Sunday brunch is great. The view is wonderful. This Hilton hotel is everything I want when I make reservations. They always go the extra mile.

They accommodated our early check in and late check out. The check in was easy. My room was satisfactory. The hotel was close to several restaurants and to the convention center. Unfortunately, there were lots of homeless people at every corner asking for money.
