Hilton San Francisco Hotel

Location isn't the greatest (near the Tenderloin) but the staff was great. Valet parking was very fast and only a few dollars more than self-park price. Room was small but comfortable. We had noisy neighbors (we heard them in the hall as they went past our door) but once then entered the room next to us, it wasn't as loud as I feared.

This is a huge hotel, near Union Square. Tower Three is a massive tower with an endless corridors of rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but remodeled. Since there are so many rooms on each floor you hear people walking in the hallway all night long. The wallpaper was peeling off my wall in two places, I called to get it fixed but they never came by. The beds were comfortable, but there are better places to stay in San Francisco.

The hotel had a great location right downtown. The hotel staff was above what I expected. I would stay there again if visiting San Francisco.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They were very knowledgeable about the area and different things to see and do there.

The lobby was impressive. The beds were comfortable. Not having a hotel shuttle was a let down.

It was easy to get to from the airport, I got a comfortable room and great service. This is a great hotel for seeing the San Francisco area.
