The beds were so comfortable.Nothing. This hotel is beautiful in a perfect secluded area of San Diego. They have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. All around it was just a great place to relax.

Okay
The check in, at 4:00 p.m., is later than most of the hotels I’ve stayed in. However, check out is noon, which is nice. Also, if you ask, check out can usually be extended. I was told my check out could be at 1 p.m.
50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Our visit 4/12/08. Booked our rooms on-line using Hotwire.com, and for the price we paid it was well worth it. The time it took to register was short and the staff were all very helpful and nice. Check in time was at 4:pm but we arrived eary at 12:30 pm and our room was ready. The room was remodeled in a nice contemporaray fashion, beautiful bed linen, pillows ect. The bathroom was large with upgraded flooring. The only complaint from me on the bathroom was no hair dryer! Nice side view of the bay & gardens. Pool, cabana's & bar area was pretty, except they haven't taken down the wooden fence blocking the beautiful bay view. The main resturant was expected to open the following week, we had lunch at the cafe' & the waiteress was very friendly & helpful with things to see & visit in SD. We are going back in May with the kids!
