Loved the stay here from start to end. When you're on a business or social trip for a few days and you'd love to stay right in the centre of town then this Hilton is for you. You're on the doorstep of all the major galleries, museums, shopping centres and outdoor markets. Although I didn't stay there during one of the festivals, I'd love to go back for new year as you're right near old town square where they have all the fireworks going off.
The rooms are what you'd expect from a hilton, along with the service, that I couldn't really fault. I was welcomed and given help with directions from my car by a helpful person at reception.
Despite its central, central location, within the hotel it's very quiet. There's aircon, minibar etc within the room. The working desk was a healthy size and there was a place to put my laptop - they've a laptop safe. There's wifi access, so really you can't ask for more.
If you're working to a deadline - like I was, then there's 24 hour room service and they'll get you anything from the restaurant. Still, it's nice going to a 5 star hotel and dressing casual after a working 18 hours! I was impressed by Gordon's Maze restaurant which is adjoined to the hotel. I've written a review about this elsewhere so I won't repeat myself.
The breakfasts are very huge, I recommend upgrading to the "Breakfast". You'll be running around on this all day. During the colder months, like when I went, I was thankful I ate something as hearty as this!
One evening I went to the Palladium. Despite it's name it's not a nightclub - it's the largest shopping prescient or shopping mall in the country. Tonnes of shops there and it's only 5 minutes from the hotel!

We were in Prague and we wanted to stay at a familiar named hotel. The Hilton hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only complaint was that the ice machine was not the best, but that is not unusual for Europe.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Prague hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
The hotel is in the process of renovation and most rooms are old and worn down. At check in the inexperienced clerk at first did not accept my trave agent e-mail as proof of reservation insisted on voucher which we did not receive from trave agent....

Excellent
I can not say enough about the treatment that I received while I was staying at the Prague Hilton. Having stay in many other Hilton Hotels I would not expect any less tham perfect. This particular Hilton I personally think pays more attention to...
Relieved to get a smile in Prague and have someone speak fluent English. Train and bus a block away and walk to the square is doable. Spectular antrim. Summer garden is refreshingly quiet and relaxing. Steam room and sauna available. Nice bar scene...
"Not really a typical Prague hotel," said our taxi driver as he drove us from the airport, a note of contempt in his voice. We'd picked this hotel because it was on special offer, but the fact that the Clintons had stayed there added to the appeal. ...
My husband and I have no likes about this hotel aside that it was convenient. They were expensive and poorly decorated. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and the staff knowing that, they 'upgraded' us from standard to deluxe. ...
