The only problem that we encountered was that in the executive dinning area, the ceiling was falling down. It could have just happened, there was no way for us to know this, but the staff was excellent.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Pittsburgh.
I might recommend it to friends.

My stay at the Pittsburgh Hilton Hotel was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the chair, which looked like it was supposed to be an easy chair, had no cushions. It was absolutely hard as a rock. The bed was so comfortable I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel staff was helpful, courteous and the best. The hotel restaurant’s food was good, service prompt, and friendly. The location was perfect, right across from Point Park and reasonably close to Station Square.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was prompt with their service and was courteous and pleasant at all time. They addressed me properly. They listened when I talked to them. They answered all my questions in full.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Pittsburgh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is lovely, convenient, and very accommodating. My only complaint was I had to wait over half an hour to check in, even though I had made my reservation three months earlier. It was a conference, but the number of attendees was also known months in advance.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Right from the time we pulled up, someone greeted us, suggested alternate parking, and offered to take our bags. The doorman opened the door and greeted us.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Pittsburgh.
I might recommend it to friends.

It's in a central location close to the stadium. The older building is showing its age.

The hotel was under going renovation while I was there and it was during a major conference I was attending, so I was stuck with a room with windows I couldn’t see out, and 60’s era motif. This site said it was renovated 2 yrs ago, but believe me, its still going on. Their service, cleanliness, and location were great.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Pittsburgh.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a terrific location within walking distance of downtown Pittsburgh, the baseball stadium, the state office building and other sites. They have a great exercise facility with modern equipment. The employees are friendly. The only problem is the inability to provide parking.

This hotel made me feel respected: They always addressed me in a respectful manner and they took my concerns seriously.

I thought this was an outstanding hotel. The room was fabulous and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The service was also outstanding.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The person at the hotel check in desk was extremely friendly and attentive to us and our three year old son. She made sure we knew about the hospitality happy hour that was provided to us free of charge.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Pittsburgh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was very professional and pleasant. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, but a little small. The hotel restaurant, although very good, was even more overpriced than expected, but a couple of delivery services gave us a wonderful choice of dinner options. Parking also seemed to be extremely expensive with no discount from staying in the hotel and the second day we had to park several blocks away. We totally lucked out in getting a room overlooking the Fourth of July regatta and fireworks at Point Park. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

This hotel made me feel practical: The location was just off the major expressways, within easy walking distance of downtown and Point Park.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Pittsburgh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but it needs free shuttle service to locations that are just a bit out of walking distance. They should also update rooms so that there are more amenities included.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was rather small but comfortable and nicely appointed. The location was excellent -- we stayed over the July 4th weekend and had a prime view of the festivities on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful but perhaps a little understaffed for the busy holiday weekend.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were there with a large group of people after a wedding reception. There were a lot of out of town guests who do not get to meet often. The bartender closed the bar early and there was nowhere else for a group to gather. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet the next day was very good.
