The good, housekeeping did a nice job and they were friendly. The not so good, the front desk, when they were there was somewhat rude. The bathroom was only big enough to turn around in and the shower alternated from cool to lukewarm. I did not feel

I think it is too expensive for what is there. I also think they should have a discount program for people who stay there more than once. I think people who stay there a few times a year should get a discount.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilton Pikesville.
I might recommend it to friends.

Frankly, the staff was so incredibly rude (front desk and greeter at the new restaurant inside) that the niceness of the room did not make up for it. A little eye contact and less smirking down the nose (the greeter was UNBELIEVABLE, I thought he was an actor playing the part of Rude Greeter at Fancy Restaurant) at guests would improve things greatly. One lady at the front desk actually raised her voice to my co-worker when she simply called down to politely inquire about a charge on her credit card.
The rooms were nice, but the staff rarely enforces the no smoking rules. My neighbors smoked nightly. I know because it came directly through the vent and filled my bathroom. It also drifted from under their door into the hall. It took 2 days of complaints for them to send someone to speak to them about it.
Frankly, the whole week was soured by several unsatisfactory experiences with hotel personnel in the first 2 days. I'm very generous with my praise when it's due, but this place was the pit of despair.
