This was a very nice hotel. The location is a bit tucked away, but the stay and facility is really nice. The price was right and the hotel exceeded my expectations.

I felt that the entire experience was great. The staff was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. The only difficulty I had was that the staff seemed overwhelmed at times and was unable to answer the phone.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Phoenix Airport.
