Hilton Palm Springs Resort

location was great, pool area is pretty... it's a good value!

The service at this hotel is awful. When we arrived, our rooms were not ready and the staff's only solution was for us to store our luggage and wait. The front desk staff was rude and unfriendly. When our room was finally ready, we asked for extra glasses and received a lecture from the staff that it would be easier for us to get them from the hotel restaurant. We checked out, the hotel overcharged us for valet parking and we had to request that the overcharged amount be removed, again the staff was rude. The hotel failed to inform us that there would be a concert across the street from the hotel. The noise was very loud, but the staff made no attempt to address the issue. We checked out and went to another hotel for the rest of our stay.

The standards are usually very good.

I loved this hotel, it was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. The service and quality at the restaurant could be better though.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bedroom was luxurious and had wonderful bedding.

The most fabulous experience ever. My husband got the presidential suite because we were on our honeymoon. I loved every minute.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The service was prompt. The room was service fast. The food was excellent. The general stay was perfect for a honeymoon.
