I very much dislike the daily charge to access the hotel's wireless internet service. Most other hotels include this as a perk for staying with them. I will not choose Hilton hotels again if there are other adequate lodgings available.
All the staff was professional in the services provided and they treated the guests with respect.

The stay was adequate for the purpose of the travel. The location was not great for vacation or tourism. The hotel was showing its age. It needed refurbishing. The service was ok. The hotel restaurant was very average.

There was really only one thing lacking in my hotel stay, I missed a wake up call. With regards to my room, I had not slept in a bed that was so totally comfortable like this in a couple of years! On my room TV, I would have loved to be able to watch Super Station WGN in Chicago. The service in the hotel bar was second to none. The bartender was probably the friendliest person in the entire hotel. This hotel is very good!

This was a complimentary room due to an injury that I had from a previous stay. I called and reported this injury and the indifferent attitude of the staff, so the manager called me and personally took care of me and reserved a wonderful room for me, at no charge. I had also had complained about the poor service from the restaurant and the perks that a person who has Hilton Honors are suppose to receive that were not offered at my last stay and the manager was very gracious and made sure the next stay was pleasurable, which it was. Their restaurant needs to improve. The service staff is nice but not up to the par of a Hilton Hotel.
