There was really only one thing lacking in my hotel stay, I missed a wake up call. With regards to my room, I had not slept in a bed that was so totally comfortable like this in a couple of years! On my room TV, I would have loved to be able to watch Super Station WGN in Chicago. The service in the hotel bar was second to none. The bartender was probably the friendliest person in the entire hotel. This hotel is very good!

The Hilton hotel is a home away from home.

The Hilton hotels are dependably great. I love the beds and the service.

Many services offered free at other hotels were not free there, such as a continental breakfast. For the price paid, there should be more perks offered.

The location, the comfort, and some service were fine. The restaurant service was very slow.

Everything was prearranged due to the meeting.

The front desk managers do not understand the concept of customer service at this shotel.

Overall a good stay for business conferences, but less optimal for leisure conveniences. Location is very nice - quick to main routes. Staff is more helpful than average. Housekeeping adjusted to my personal habits after second day. Room had a leaky toilet every 15 minutes; could not find sleep timer on television; desk lamp flickered when in use; clock radio was stuck on high volume.

I dislike the charges for the internet connection. It is the only major hotel we use that does this. They offer good food service.

It was for a business conference and the location was pre-selected. It was nothing more or less than I would expect from a high quality hotel.

I loved it. It was close to shopping. The food and service was excellent.

This hotel made me feel respected: Someone was always there to help you.

Hilton was nice, and usually is. I think their prices are generally high, and for personal travel would not use them because of this. The room was well kept, and the Internet was fast and easy to use. That's very important to business travelers.

I think that it was very nice. But when we wanted to go somewhere the driver insisted he take us and then he complained the entire time until we gave him a tip.

The hotel is in an easy location. It has a fine staff.

I love this hotel. I have been there numerous times, and even when we have had issues, hotel-related or otherwise, the staff at this hotel was helpful and considerate. The area most needing improvement is the quality of the food offered via room service and in the restaurant. These areas are really only mediocre.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I knew I did not have to worry about anything, not my meals, my room, or even interruptions.

There was water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway.

The bar was closed when we finished our concert at 10:30 PM. We planned on partying after the concert on a Saturday night.
