Hilton Orlando Altamonte Springs Hotel

I very much dislike the daily charge to access the hotel's wireless internet service. Most other hotels include this as a perk for staying with them. I will not choose Hilton hotels again if there are other adequate lodgings available.

This hotel made me feel respected: All the staff was professional in the services provided and they treated the guests with respect.

The stay was adequate for the purpose of the travel. The location was not great for vacation or tourism. The hotel was showing its age. It needed refurbishing. The service was ok. The hotel restaurant was very average.

I felt the prices they charged for internet use was outrageous when most hotels include it with the room.

The front desk managers do not understand the concept of customer service at this shotel.

The help and rooms were what I expect from the Hilton chain.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They took care of all the things I needed without a fuss.
