Horrible
I doubt I'll ever stay there again. I checked in around 2 and they told me my room wouldn't be ready for another hour. So I went to lunch and came back 2 hours later. They told me my room still wasn't ready but they would try to have it available ...

Overall a nice hotel, but I had a couple of items missing (2 cute clothing items) and this has never happened to me before at a hotel stay. I was there 3 days for a business meeting and didn't drive my car during that time. My car drove in with a full tank and 3 days later when it was time to leave, the Vallet drove it up and my tank was 1/2 full (hard to prove, but true). There is obviously something going on with certain members of the Hotel Staff.... This is definitely a concern and so I would Not recommend this hotel.

They have very nice hotel and facilities. The rooms can be a long walk from the elevator, but they are well sized. Try to get a room overlooking the pool for a better view.
The roominess and the comfort of my room and the relative quietness of the hotel made me feel relaxed.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
When we arrived to the room, it was very clean and had a sophistocated, contemporary ambiance. The matress and pillows were extremely comfortable and the sheets were very good quality. The pool and fitness center were located close to our room which...

One of the reasons I used this hotel was the location. It was convenient for me. It was a little more expensive than I thought it should be, but not out of line with the hotels in the area. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I thought the practice of charging for parking was unnecessary.
The desk personnel was friendly and helped with extending our stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa.
I might recommend it to friends.

I like this hotel and I stay there whenever I go to Costa Mesa which I do occasionally for business. I continue to be annoyed that they never have the refrigerator in my room when I check in although I always request this in advance for medical reasons.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The past experiences have been very good. This last stay was not. The room was dirty and the wallpaper was peeling. A personal item turned up missing and security was no help whatsoever.
I am not likely
to return to the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa.
I would not recommend it to friends.
