We were on our honeymoon, and the front desk staff was more than willing to go out of their way for us. They upgraded our rooms without our asking for free and let us leave our car in their parking ramp for a week with no questions asked. The man at the front desk remembered us when we returned after a week and asked us how our trip went. We were very impressed by the customer service they offered us.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff treated us in the same way as they did business executives.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Omaha.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They provided service above and beyond expectations.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Omaha.

It was a delightful stay but I would not have stayed there if it had been a personal stay, due to cost. I was disappointed at check-in that they had more requests for non-smoking rooms than they had. We had to make a move to a non-smoking room the second day. The rooms and facility are beautiful.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Omaha.
I might recommend it to friends.
