Room was fine... I wouldn't say fantastic. No Blackberry signal, and could not get my laptop to successfully connect to either of their wireless network. but loved the beach and community, very relaxing.

I was impressed by how customer friendly all the staff was.

This hotel made me feel respected: My wife wanted a first floor room and an early check in. Our originally assigned room was not on the first floor. The change was made with a smile as if we stayed at that hotel all of the time.

The rooms are the best value on the island for a hotel.

The valets were slow and lackadaisical. I fell in the bath tub. I wrote the corporation, suggesting they use safety strips or something in the bathtub area.

The location was perfect, right on the ocean. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. This is the way to go to the beach in luxury. I love Hilton Hotels.

This hotel made me feel excited: My children were thrilled at the room quality as we don't normally get to stay in such a luxurious hotel. It was invigorating to be right on the ocean also.
