40 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It is a great hotel. I was pleased with the knowledge of the staff to help us get around and what to avoid. I had a clean room and an awesome stay.

This hotel made me feel excited: The staff was as excited for us as we were on our journey into San Francisco.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Oakland Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The restaurant for breakfast was overpriced and the food was poor.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Oakland Airport.

30 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Although I experienced problems with my room service billing, the staff rectified it very quickly and promptly apologized. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and I appreciated the daily newspaper. I would plan for restaurants ahead of time, as there are not many within walking distance.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Most employees were very friendly and helpful.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Oakland Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They were fine. They put us in the reunion together so that was nice.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The beds were very comfortable!
