Horrible
The Hilton Corporate Office needs to evaluate this particular hotel. Hopefully, it's just this location that offers motel-quality rooms and services at a non-motel price. The air in the room was stale during my stay. It felt like I was breathing ...
PROS: Comfy bed, excellent room quality with updated features, large flat-screen tv, two sinks for use in bath area, excellent fitness room equiptment, great room-service, wonderful location
CONS: Little airflow in fitness room, charge for locals...

The service was wonderful as usual. Everyone was helpful and they went of their way to say hello and they asked if I needed anything.
I liked the family atmosphere. You feel welcome when staff greets you with a smile and ask if anything is needed. You are not forced out of the rooms at check out time like in other hotels. Housekeeping is not constantly standing outside your door waiting for you to leave.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton North Raleigh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent
The Hilton North Raleigh is a great hotel. The rooms are very large, the bedding and furniture are updated and look pretty new. IIts in a convenient location, close to the freeway and easy to find. My only complaint would be the Internet access. ...

Our room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred an additional workspace as we both had laptop computers to set up. The hotel restaurant had a sports theme with numerous televisions in operation. I found this was too noisy for conversation.

The room was well attended, clean, and the service was generally efficient, friendly, and prompt. There were technical problems with the wireless connection in the room that was never resolved. They had no in-house technician that could assist. There was a help desk somewhere in the Midwest.

The lighting in the room was insufficient. I was unable to do any work in the room. I was unable to hook up my portable DVD player to the TV. The front Desk personnel were friendly and resolved a billing issue without a hassle. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the easy chair which was quite uncomfortable. The desk chair was comfortable.

The hotel was fine. The room was clean and pleasant. The hallway carpet was worn and the noise from neighboring rooms was a slight problem. The staff was professional and polite. The nearby restaurants were good. I had no real complaints.
The staff made everyone feel like VIP's.
