47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location, comfort and service have always been above expectations. They have a friendly and efficient staff with the exception of room service picking up dirty dishes from the hallways. This sometimes takes awhile, and housekeeping will not do away with them on their runs. Other than that, all things have been satisfactory and above average, especially for the price. The only other thing about this hotel that I don't like is that they have changed their lounge area, which is very nice, but there is not a smoking area anywhere indoors, nor is there a place outside convenient from the lounge to smoke.
The staff always addresses us with politeness. They don't act like we're inconveniencing them by being there, like we have been treated at some other places.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Norfolk Airport.
