43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed here with a large group of youth wrestlers. They were totally understaffed for this situation which they knew about for months. The breakfast buffet was constantly out of food, could not keep up with the demand. The hotel looked old, the windows were dirty with handwriting in the dust that hadn't been cleaned. The elevator doors were dinged. I have to admit the rooms were clean though and so was the bathroom. Their service was poor, and they charged us three times for one room! I’m still in process of trying to get my credit card credited.
