Hilton Newark Gateway Hotel

The Hilton hotel was very comfortable and roomy compared to some other similar hotels and much more reasonable in cost.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It was roomy, with comfortable seating and bed.

The hotel was fine. The restaurant and bar was substandard. The glasses were dirty and the food was served cold.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was in a difficult situation. They solved the problem for me.

I arrived four hours later than check in time and the hotel did not have our rooms ready. We were led to believe parking was free but it was not. The toilet was not in proper working order. I would not return there.

The place was too loud, there were sirens all night long.
