Good
Great housekeeping staff, in-room coffee machine.Wi-Fi did not work well, was very frustrating. If you have a rental car, a great cost-effective hotel from which to hold meetings in the Bay Area. But the in-hotel Wi Fi was shaky at best.

Excellent
Spacious, clean and safe area.At night, lobby is too noisy with a live band/karaoke. Cheapens the place. I'd prefer a quiet lobby anytime. Very nice, clean and safe. A real value for money.
