Liked the lobby.

Poor service.

Room serivce is run my immigrants.

Did not have my room cleaned well. {stay for 4 days and the tub was GREY}

And i had a few things missing.

Hotel never called me back about it.

Rude service at the dining area.

Coffee cream was CURDLED {smelly bumpy and old milk}

My credit card was charged twice for a single order to room service.

I recieved a shady explanation. WITH NO REFUND provided.

Hotel shuttle was unreliable and very late.

The bellhop was the nicest one in the whole place.

DONT STAY HERE EVER!!!

I liked everything except there was no continental breakfast and they wanted to charge fifteen dollars for a breakfast buffet.

slow shuttle. Stayed 1 night, 8/18/06. Thought transit to city would be easy by train via Newark Airport. Hotel was clean, front desk polite, efficient. Room very clean, neat. Housekeeping was VERY noisy next morning. Loudly banging furniture in next room. To go to NYC by train: Shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes. The driver is very slow and leisurely, even if people are running late. While the train stop is only 1/2 mile away,(you can't walk to it, only access via monorail from newark airport parking lot P4), it took 30 minutes to get to the station. Driver kept stopping to wave at friends, pick up people he knew, etc. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss an important meeting in the city. The hotel was fine, but I may search out a hotel with faster transportation connections, perhaps Hilton at (downtown) Newark train station.

The hotel was comfortable and close to the airport.

It was fine. There was construction in the lobby which was very unappealing. I thought the hotel entrance would be a bit more upscale for a Hilton hotel.
