This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered room service and it was fast and reasonable in price.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we pulled into the parking garage the staff was immediately there to welcome us with luggage service and valet parking.

The hotel was conveniently located to all attractions in which I was interested. It was a very friendly and comfortable place, very clean and well-kept.

This hotel made me feel respected: The hotel staff was attentive to our needs, and seemed concerned about our comfort. All requests and needs were handled professionally and quickly.

I liked the hotel's great location and service. It has a great concierge level.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was cozy. The shower was great, with lots of water pressure. The check-in people did not offer or ask if we wanted to use the amenities/refrigerator in the room. The check-in staff did not explain how to use or make outside calls. They did not even ask if we were planning on making any calls or needed to make any. They were not very friendly. The pillows on the bed were lousy, they should offer non-down pillows for allergy sufferers. The maid/staff did not restock toilet paper, we ran out in the middle of the night. We could have used more towels in the room for two people. There was no fan in the bathroom.

It was a nice stay overall, as expected.

It's a very nice hotel, right in midtown Manhattan. The staff was great, and although we had some issues with billing and having our rooms available when we got here, the issues were worked out.

I have nearly always found Hilton Hotels to be first-rate in service and room cleanliness. Locations are usually convenient insofar as shopping and cultural access is concerned. I always recommend Hilton in my list of three hotels in which to stay.

The location was terrific because it was within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The beds were very comfortable, but the rooms were a little pricey.

A member of the hotel staff was rude. That person made a sexist comment and then ignored me when I asked for an apology.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The spaciousness of the suite made the hotel experience much more relaxing than the shoebox sized rooms in similar midtown hotels.

They seem to be getting better - the most important thing is for them to update all of the beds and bedding.

This was a very nice hotel. I had a good experience. I would certainly stay there again when in NYC or in any other location.
