The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing Manhattan. We were on a concierge floor and received excellent help in finding and booking restaurants.

The location was perfect for the place I was visiting. Since I use Hilton hotels a lot, I sometime wish there were more varieties to each Hilton Hotel depending on the locations. I feel they are too consistent.

The hotel itself is well situated for the business I needed to handle. The majority of the staff I interacted with performed to the standard I expect of a Hilton Hotel. However, my reservations were fouled up. Even with my confirmation number, my reservation was lost. The agent at the desk was less than helpful at best; a reason to consider another hotel (polite opinion) at worst. I will stay elsewhere on my next visit to New York. After nine hours of travel, I don't need attitude and incompetence.

I liked the good location and comfortable room; it was spacious for New York. But checkout is too early.

The room was rather small. Concierge was overloaded, it took over 40 minutes to wait in line to speak to them, and then was really completely uninformed about the local area. Hotel operators took forever to answer, and the concierge desk did not ever answer the line. Most of the staff spoke poor English and were not particularly friendly despite the large convention there.
