Everything about my stay was very nice. It was very expensive, though.

This hotel provides the best service.

It is a nice hotel, conveniently located downtown New York. The king size rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

They should not charge for high-speed Internet service when most other hotels chains don't.

The hotel has an excellent location. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area, and the ones that are, are expensive.

This hotel made me feel content: They upgraded our room to a Hilton Honors floor. The bed was very comfortable. We felt content enough to spend a lot of time in the room since it was too cold to explore New York City.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Times Square. It's what a hotel should be: clean, elegant, and staffed with a great team of people.

The hotel was beautiful and had friendly staff, with the exception of one or two staff members in the lounge restaurant, who were slow to respond to my mother and I when we ate dessert there. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! One minor thing about the hotel that I did not like, though, was the lack of vending machines, and the fact that the ice machine was in a storage closet. The location was great, as it was a short walk to many attractions like Times Square and Broadway. It was also a short walk to Carnegie Hall, The Museum of Modern Art, and many other museums and shops.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The atmosphere of the hotel had an air of sophistication and elegance. The decoration and beauty of the lobby, the conference rooms, made me feel like I was staying somewhere very special.

Sometimes, location is everything. The New York Hilton has put a lot of effort into keeping its close-to-theatre spot in tip top shape. When they reconfigure the elevator system (slow, slow, slow), I will be thrilled. Other than that, I find the NY Hilton a pleasure to stay at even during the madness of the holidays.

Great bars - although the lounge bar right by registration closes too early and the other bar (on 54th Street side) can be way to noisy for my taste.

I enjoyed my stay for three nights at the Hilton hotel. When there was a question about the bill, the staff was more than willing to take the time to help.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: My room was upgraded to the concierge level and that made me feel extravagant without the price tag attached.

The hotel was very nice. We've stayed there before. They supplied a rollaway at no charge. They didn't clean the room when we stayed, but that was partly our fault, my son left the do not disturb sign on into the afternoon. The maid did check back later in the evening and we requested and received fresh towels, which was all we really needed.

This hotel made me feel secure: They provided a security guard that checked for keys for all entering guests during the evening hours.

The hotel is in a good location.

It was worth it only because of the location.

It was what I expected. There were no surprises.

I love staying at this hotel. If I ever have a problem, it's taken care of. It's centrally located so I can always get my bearings.

I belong to the New York Hilton Club. I love the club accommodations and the location of the hotel.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The club room with its breakfast and the happy hour made me feel pampered.

Excellent value and perfect location minutes away from Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Broadway and Times Square. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Presumably because I was a 'Diamond Level' I was invited to a 'tour' of the Hilton's 'Club' which turned out to be a somewhat high-pressure sales pitch for their time-share arrangements which was tediously long and boring. Additionally, in their restaurant the waiter made a mistake, argumentatively refused to admit he'd placed the wrong order and claimed that he didn't hear the order properly. Compared to the Waldorf or the Hilton Millennium, this was a rather unpleasant stay.

I like the central location but it's more of a business hotel than a personal one so I probably won't stay there again unless I get sent to a seminar there.

This hotel is centrally located. It's modern and stylish and had a very helpful staff at all hours.
