69 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Except for the front desk clerk who checked us in, the rest of the staff was unfriendly, uninformed and not at all helpful, particularly the concierge and his assistant. Upon departure, I discovered that we were billed for services I never requested.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
I might recommend it to friends.
