This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff is always helpful in so many ways. I will be staying in the Hilton in Reno this month and I'm looking forward to being there.

I did not get the upgrade I was expecting.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to New Orleans. This was our 2nd stay at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans. We like the fact that it is near the French Quarter and Harrah's.

They have a good location but not much more.

I booked early and still got a room with a brick wall view.

I reserved a non-smoking room but got a smoking room the first night. Also, the airline lost my luggage and when it was delivered to the hotel, they were told I was not staying there, so my luggage went back to the airport and had to be redelivered.

I could not get the computer port to work and nobody could help me.

I loved the great location, the great staff, and the great stuff to do.

I like staying at Hilton's because I know they will be nice and clean. Also, I like the security of staying there.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was near the location we wanted to be at and we were able to park our car and walk every place we wanted to go to!

The rooms were very dated, they really could use some updating.

I was very unsatisfied with my stay with Hilton - everything had a price at that hotel: $ 22.00 per day to park when I'm already paying over $200.00 per night to stay there. And if I wanted to have food brought into my room that wasn't from the hotel, I had to pay.
