When we got in our room the air conditioner did knot work. We had to stay in that room all night until morning to get another room.

This hotel made me feel respected: If we saw anyone that worked there they always greeted us.

My experience was great! I got some food at the restaurant and it was not very good and highly overpriced, but that was the only problem!

The location was great. All the employees were helpful and accommodating. The thing I hated was how sick I and most of the rest of the twenty persons staying in the hotel got. The majority of the wedding guests that stayed at the hotel went home with severe head colds and possibly allergic reactions to mold or other spore materials left in the hotel from Hurricane Katrina. I spent most of my time in the hotel, resting.

The hotel is under remodeling and you had to go outside to go to another building.

The hotel was in good shape and the staff was very friendly. The final room bills were incorrect and we had to get the manager involved to clear it up.

They set up a hospitality room right next to our room. It was very noisy all night long and we got no sleep. We called several times to security but they failed to quite the party. The front desk personal could care less about our problem. I will never say with Hilton again.

The first room that we were shown did not have a king size bed. It looked worn and had a poor view. The staff was friendly and cooperative. They moved us to a better room immediately.

My room was clean and very comfortable. The service was stretched to the limit. The room service order for the only coffee was never received after one hour and forty-five minutes and three phone calls. The problems with service were not just at Hilton but it was across the whole city.

The hotel met expectations. I was in meetings so I did not peruse the amenities. The room was fine and the check-in and check-out were fine as well.

It was clean. I felt relaxed and comfortable.

The hotel's location is great, right on Mississippi and Canal Street.

The hotel is in a great location on the water and close to Bourbon Street.

It was a very nice place to stay. Everyone was very friendly. The room was relaxing, making you feel at home. If you're looking for a hotel, go to the Hilton.

The hotel was wonderful to stay in, and it was one of the best stays ever in a hotel. I hope it is still in operation, due to Hurricane Katrina hitting the area.

We had a very nice time. My husband was there for the Food Science Convention and I was there to enjoy the city. We had a great time and we even missed the hurricanes. We'll go back after everything is settled.

Everything was up to the Hilton standard of excellence.
