I have stayed in several Hilton's and have never had a bad experience at any of them, and have often been given free room upgrades.
This hotel made me feel practical: It was conveniently located, and had a refrigerator so I could have juice, etc, without having to go to the restaurant, and could purchase a bottle of wine and chill it without having to pay bar prices.

This hotel made me feel respected: I am almost 19, but look like I'm about 14, yet was treated and respected as an adult even though I was staying with my parents. I didn't feel looked down upon as is my usual experience.

The reservation agent and supervisor I had to speak with regarding my online reservation were two of the rudest individuals I've had to work with. The manager at the hotel resolved the situation and made the stay nice.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The hotel itself was very rich looking - mahogany in the lobby and in the room, marble in the bathrooms. Very nice.

Hilton Hotels are always worth the price you pay. They are always clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, food in the restaurants is always prepared well and is fresh.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Each staff person was pleasant, well-informed about the hotel, answered all my questions, and was very professional.

My most recent stay at the Hilton was not a pleasant experience - I had to change rooms 3 times and they never did get my reservation right. Prior to this stay, I have never had a bad experience with this hotel chain.
