Hilton Naples Hotel - Page 2

When you stay at the Hilton hotel you expect it to be a step up over other chains. Over the years the price has remained high but the standards have lowered. Although the room was not dirty it had more of a lived in feel than I would have liked. They seem to be taking longer to refresh the rooms with new paint, carpet, tile and bed linens.

The Hilton Hotels are a class organization. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. We've stayed in numerous hotels and Hilton is one of the best in our experience.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very comfortable and roomy. The common areas (seminar rooms, lobby) were very well kept and well decorated. The whole hotel was kept clean.
