This hotel made me feel respected: I had a fedex delivery on sat. And they were very helpful and respectful of the ugency of the package. It was my duaghters favorite doll she left home.

Non-smoking room (requested) was not available. Reservation was for group -hotel was not very accomodating; did poor job of deodorizing room. Restaurant service was very slow and food was disappointing; overpriced and under quality. Checked other area.
