We had an extended stay at the Hilton, and found it a very nice hotel. I was disappointed when the power was out for almost two days and was only given refund for the one day we couldn't take showers. The water was cold, the room didn't get cleaned for a day and a half, and no elevator. I had a broken foot and had to climb the stairs to our room on the third floor. No complimentary breakfasts, and the menu was very pricey, we did not eat at the hotel.

The comfort of the bed was a nice change from other times I've stayed at hotels. I liked the front desk, the front door peoples friendless, and their initiative in asking if we needed assistance. The pool was small, but there was a yoga class going on while I was there, that's a nice feature. The buffet breakfast was small but very nice, fresh muffins, bagels, and the omelet guy was really friendly, making omelets to specification. It's worth the money.

This hotel made me feel respected: They addressed me properly.

It was what we expected from a Hilton hotel.

When we made reservations we received two different rates and when we arrived we paid a different rate. It was very annoying that no one new what the rates are.

I stay exclusively at Hilton properties. I have always received excellent services from them. I have stayed at this hotel quite often and I am happy with the customer service and the staff.

It was as expected and I would stay again.

It was an okay stay but very expensive.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It had great bathrooms that were roomy. There was a great guest area for lounging. The staff was friendly.

This hotel made me feel important: T hey recognised my senior citizen gold card status and gave me all required benefits including an excellent price.

This hotel made me feel respected: Always spoken to by all staff members and often asked if we needed anything.

Good hotel, always get good service, definitely keep the hilton hhonors points plus airline points!

Food was overpriced but otherwise a enjoyable stay.
