There was a charge to make local phone calls at this Hilton - if remember right there was a per minute charge rather than just a small fee per local call. The cell phone had would have incurred roaming charges to call that local area.

A basic hotel stay. Nothing exceptional, but nothing disappointing.

It was the most child-unfriendly hotel have ever stayed at, and I do not plan to ever stay at another Hilton.

If they can afford it, people should go.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff doesn't talk down to you, they listen to what you say, and answer questions without an attitude.

One thing I've found annoying the past few times have stayed at a hotel (not just Hilton) is that the batteries in the remote control need to be changed.

Hilton is a quality chain that delivers a fairly consistent level of service. Biggest difference from city to city: quality of towers' service.

Took excellent care of us, the best thing was being upgraded (silver card, no expectations).
This hotel made me feel excited: They upgraded us to the concierge floor, it really made the stay wonderful.

This particular Hilton is one of the best I've stayed in. I always feel like I'm coming home when stay there. Interestingly, the bed had this time was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
This hotel made me feel secure: I am always quite comfortable and secure at Hilton. I never have to worry about anything. Whenever I need anything, I just contact the guest services, and it is taken care of.

I was very satisfied with service and accommodations.
This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure because the secret service searched our room with agents and a dog during a vice presidential visit.
